2. Event Attendance and Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. PixelExpo Show reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who disrupts the event, behaves inappropriately, or violates these terms. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: harassment of other attendees or staff, vandalism of exhibits, unauthorized photography or recording in restricted areas, and any illegal activities.

Attendees must be at least 13 years old to enter the exhibition independently. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Some exhibits may have age restrictions due to content ratings, and attendees must comply with posted age requirements. PixelExpo Show staff reserve the right to verify age through identification documents.

3. Ticket Purchase and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by PixelExpo Show and not rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from PixelExpo Show management.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird discounts, promotional offers, and group rates may be available for limited periods. PixelExpo Show is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, and such tickets may be invalid for entry. Always purchase tickets through our official website or authorized partners.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this website and at PixelExpo Show events, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, audio clips, and software, is the property of PixelExpo Show or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

The video games, consoles, and related materials displayed at our exhibitions are the property of their respective copyright holders and are shown with permission for educational and entertainment purposes. Photography for personal, non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise posted. Commercial photography, videography, or live streaming requires written permission from PixelExpo Show management.

PixelExpo Show shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemic events, or failure of third-party services.
